| 2010 DISCIPLINE BY REVIEW |

The YRSL will be conducting its discipline by way of the OSA approved "DISCIPLINE BY REVIEW".
YRSL "Discipline By Review" meetings will take place at the Newmarket Community Centre, at 200 Doug Duncan Drive, Newmarket. Meetings begin at 7pm.
All players who receive a red card (direct red, or 2 yellow cards in one match) or have an accumulation of 3, 5 or 6 or more yellow cards will have their cases reviewed at the scheduled review meeting.
In all cases, penalties will be posted on the league website within 24 hours of the review date. A $20 fine still applies to all cases reviewed by the discipline board. Fines must be paid before the end of the suspension period, otherwise the player/official will remain suspended until the fine is paid. Fines can be mailed or dropped off at YRSL-S, 101 Bradwick Drive, Concord, ON, L4K 4K2
The attached schedule outlines the meeting review dates as they correspond to when the offence took place.
A player/official has the option to appeal his/her infraction (not appeal the decision of the disciplinary board). The player/official must advise in writing within 48 hours of the infraction with $40 fee to the discipline office at the York Region Soccer Association , 101 Bradwick Drive, Concord, ON, L4K 1K5. A hearing will be scheduled on the date attached based upon when the infraction occurred.
For all cases decided by "Review", a player/official will remain suspended until the fine is paid to the league office. It is the responsibility of the player/team/team official to ensure that fine payment has been cleared prior to being involved in YRSL santioned games.
